OPPO has also done away with the earphone jack and memory card slots on all the devices in this series.

Reno 9 Pro+ also has a third 8 MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.2 aperture.

Connectivity – All the devices are equipped with the latest 5.2 Bluetooth technology for connectivity. With a USB Type – C charging/data port.
It is still not clear whether the entire range of the OPPO Reno 9 series will be available for sale in Kenya. From previous releases in the OPPO Reno sub-brand, not all devices in each series were sold locally.
Pricing – It is still not clear what the retail prices of the OPPO Reno 9 devices will be in Kenya as they are yet to be unveiled locally. If the international prices are anything to go by, the devices will retail way below the current market prices for 5G smartphones. This will go a long way in putting more 5G devices into the hands of Kenyans.
Currently, Safaricom is the only provider of 5G networks, with coverage in Nairobi, Kajiado, Kisumu, Machakos, Mombasa, Kisii, Kakamega, Vihiga and Nakuru.
