It is advisable to forbear sex for several days before ovulation but indulge in it as close to ovulation as possible. This gives the boy sperms a better chance of meeting the ovum first.
- Cough syrup it in
Experts say that cough medicines with guaifenesin can help to thin mucus membranes in the cervix, to aid the sperms swim in smoothly. And by now, we already know who the fastest swimmers are.

Ever heard of in vitro fertilization? Well, it is the scientific method of joining the sperm and ovum in the lab, before the zygote is implanted in the woman’s uterus (in layman’s language). It is a complex medical procedure that comes with a whopping price tag.
