The self acclaimed Godfather of Genge, Hubert Nakitare commonly known to his fans as Nonini is now a proud father of a bouncing baby boy Jaden Githara Nakitare who was born on Monday afternoon.
Nonini was earlier on in the week forced to cut short his tour of Europe after an electric performance in Glasgow, Scotland where he performed at the the Rugby sevens after party. He was expected to perform in London this weekend but sent an apology to his fans via social media saying that he had an emergency to attend to back home.
It’s like the gods have finally smiled for the singer who is currently riding high with his Color Kwa Face campaign which has painted a rather different picture of the new father as opposed to the usual lewd lyrics he was known for.
Just like Marshal Mathers aka Eminem who was at one time accused of leading teenagers a stray with his lyrics, Nakitare will now have to prove to the world that what he sings about in his music is not necessarily who he is and that he is just a proud parent like anyone else and wants to set the right example to his son – the critics will be quick to judge him though.
